Hello, I am Pranjal — a Lead Fitness Coach on a mission to help people stay strong, independent, and pain-free after 50.

In my journey of working with 2,000+ individuals dealing with diabetes, arthritis, joint pain, stiffness, and movement fears, I discovered a common truth — most people above 50 already know what to eat… but they struggle with how to exercise safely and consistently.

Many begin with walking. Some try random workouts. But without proper structure, patient guidance, and the right progression, results slow down — and confidence drops.

That is why I started PrimeLife.fit.

You don’t need any fancy or expensive gym equipment to get started. Most of our sessions use simple bodyweight movements, a chair, or light household items. As you progress, I may suggest very basic tools like light dumbbells or resistance bands — but only if you’re comfortable. The goal is to make fitness simple, accessible, and easy to follow from your own home.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our members start after a long break from exercise. Every movement is explained step-by-step, with safer alternatives provided based on your comfort level. You are never pushed to compete with anyone — the focus is on steady progress, confidence, and moving at a pace that feels right for your body.
What if I have multiple conditions?
That’s completely okay — many of our members manage more than one condition such as diabetes, knee pain, or back stiffness. Before you begin, we understand your health background and guide you with appropriate modifications. The sessions are designed to be joint-friendly and adaptable, so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed.
How do I join live sessions?
Once you enroll, you’ll be added to our private WhatsApp community where all session links and updates are shared. You simply click the Zoom link at the scheduled time and join from your phone, tablet, or laptop. If you ever face any technical difficulty, we guide you step-by-step so you never feel stuck.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens — and that’s perfectly fine. If you miss a live session, you’ll receive access to the recorded version so you can complete it at a time that suits you. This ensures you stay consistent without feeling guilty or left behind.
How is this different from YouTube videos?
Unlike random online videos, this is a structured program built specifically for adults 50+. You’re not just following exercises — you’re part of a guided journey.
